Undergraduate and Postgraduate online payments system
Undergraduate and Postgraduate students can pay their tuition fees and resit fees online. Paying online is a convenient, fast and secure method of making payments. The online system provides access to outstanding balance information, showing any outstanding invoices and any previous payments made against those invoices. The system allows payments to be made either in full, as a part-payment towards fees or as a payment made on account. You can also request a copy of your unpaid invoice be emailed to your Conservatoire e-mail address.
Please note the online system accepts UK and overseas Visa and MasterCard debit cards and credit cards. No card transaction fee will be charged. The maximum amount payable per transaction is £10,000.
Our online payment provider is Worldpay, a major global leader in payment processing operating in over 40 countries. The Worldpay payment system uses a combination of both established and innovative techniques to ensure security and integrity of all sensitive data. The processing of all payments is done through Worldpay’s secure server and at no time will card details be held by the Royal Conservatoire.
To access your account online you will require your Royal Conservatoire domain login and password. Please have your card details ready as the system uses a time-out facility and will log out after a short period of inactivity. If the system should time-out due to inactivity it will be necessary to re-input your log-in details and re-enter your information.
If you experience any problems accessing your online account please contact Craig Wardlaw in the Finance Department, 0141 270 8233 or firstname.lastname@example.org
