Production Courses for Young People at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland
Our growing Production programme includes options for young people of secondary school age to
gain new skills and develop an understanding of the world of film and television.
We currently run a
Production Arts elective
option for our Secondary 1 - 6 students who come to our
Weekly Classes on a Saturday. This
class takes place every weekend throughout the academic year and develops understanding of
technical production and its use in theatre and performance contexts
For a short intensive experience in Production related activities we offer the following
courses:

Playwriting (10-Week
Evening Class) / 11 January - 14 March 2012

Directing Theatre
(10-Week Evening Class) / 18 April - 20 June 2012
We also run a
Portfolio Preparation course for
young people aged 17+.
