An endurance-based performance exploring the concept of women’s bodies being seen as something for public viewing or consumption. Pushing physical exhaustion to its limits, “M E A T” aims to challenge the vulnerability that these concepts impose on women. This performance takes the fears of exposure and exhaustion and reclaims them as empowerment and strength.
