- Further Learning and Career Development
It is expected that at the end of a year of training in the Transitions scheme that some students may be ready to move on to further or higher education training. Some students on the programme may also wish to reapply for a further year’s training and support. This will be negotiated and supported for each student in relation to their personal learning plan and progression pathway.
