An invitation to play your part

Support the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland

Every donation RCS receives goes to enhancing the student experience. Whether it’s through a tuition-fee scholarship, support to purchase instruments or creating improved facilities and resources for student use – every penny donated supports the next generation of artists studying here in Glasgow.

Ways to support RCS

Contribute to our Capital Campaign

We are about to embark on an exciting and ambitious project to create a suite of individual practice/teaching rooms within our main campus at 100 Renfrew Street. This £2.3 million project directly aligns with an important aspect of our strategic plan – to ensure the learning and teaching experience of students at Scotland’s national conservatoire is world-class.Graduation 2015

This new rehearsal complex is scoped to benefit the widest possible range of learners – from Higher Education students to our Junior Conservatoire, and lifelong learners who engage in our development programmes in the evenings and weekends.

Royal Conservatoire of Scotland Scholarship Fund

RCS is a special place, offering a distinctive education in the performing arts. We believe that students of great potential should be nurtured and developed, whatever their personal circumstances. Every investment in an RCS scholarship, however modest, brings this life-changing experience within reach of another individual.

Join our Company of Donors

The Company of Donors is the membership programme for supporters for RCS. By becoming a company member you will be part of a valued family of supporters and receive unique opportunities and insight into life at the Conservatoire. From behind-the-scenes access to priority booking for all of our shows, you will benefit from being part of the Company of Donors, as well as know that you have played your part in supporting the success of our students.

Take Your Seat

Royal Conservatoire of Scotland

For a minimum donation of £250, you can select and dedicate your favourite seat in the New Athenaeum Theatre, Stevenson Hall or the Ledger Recital Room. Whether you wish to mark a special occasion, commemorate a loved one, or give as a special gift, we’d love you to ‘Take Your Seat’. A personalised plaque will be attached to the seat of your choice.

Leave a Legacy

Leaving a gift in your Will makes a lasting impact on the future work of RCS and our students. By choosing to leave a legacy to us, your gift will go directly to the RCS Scholarship Fund, managed by the trustees of the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland Trust. If you choose to, you can leave a scholarship to a specific area or discipline and your legacy will be used according to your wishes.
