Graduate of the month: Michael J Ferns

A place like nowhere else – that’s what BAFTA award-winning director Michael J Ferns thinks about the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland.

Michael, 26, graduated from the BA (Digital Film and Television) course in 2012 and has gone on to work in commercial and branded content for some of the world’s leading brands (Toni & Guy, Domino’s Pizza, Boots No7, The Body Shop) as well as broadcast television (CBBC, Cartoon Network, BBC).

Michael, Graduate of the Month for April 2017, discusses his career so far and the springboard he received by choosing to perfect his skills at the Royal Conservatoire, an institution ranked number one in Scotland for graduate employability.
