For 14–18 year olds
The Junior Conservatoire drama programme offers advanced training to students aged 14–18 who are talented performers and aspire to study drama at a higher level. The Junior Conservatoire offers three specialist strands of drama training:
All programmes will be delivered on Sundays during the academic term. These weekly classes are taught by Royal Conservatoire expert tutors and lecturers, using the same facilities as our degree students.
Junior Conservatoire alumnus include actors, David Tennant, Jack Lowden and writer, Jackie Kay.
Each year we only accept a small number of students on to each of the Acting, Contemporary Performance Practice, and Musical Theatre Junior programmes to ensure our students receive the highest quality learning and teaching, as well as intensive one to one and ensemble work.
