Short Courses at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland
The Royal Conservatoire runs Short Courses for all ages and stages of development to widen access to our amazing teachers, facilities and programmes. Our programme includes weekend courses, evening classes, credit-rated short courses, spring and summer schools, the Junior Conservatoires of Dance and Drama and professional development opportunities.
This year we will run over 200 short courses; from one-day courses - to classes throughout the academic year - to intensive five-week summer schools.
We provide learning and training opportunities in the same five disciplines as our undergraduate and postgraduate degrees: dance, drama, music, production and screen. We also share what we know about great teaching in our CPD programme.
Short Courses allows students to develop their skills, learn something new and try something creative at the Royal Conservatoire.
Our prospectus for 2013/14 can be downloaded by clicking on the image to the left of this webpage. And check back soon for the prospectus for academic year 2014/15 which will be published in spring 2014.

'I have been attending drama classes for years now, and it just keeps getting more inspiring every week. The tutors are wonderful, the atmosphere is relaxed yet still professional, and the facilities are excellent. There is no other way I would prefer to spend my Saturdays.' Drama student, January 2013
