Adult Ballet Improvers

Overview

This is a fun yet challenging ballet class allowing participants to further develop their skills and knowledge of Classical Ballet technique. Suitable for those with 2 years experience or more, this exciting and inclusive class is for anyone over the age of 16. Participants in this class should have been participating in ballet classes for more than 2 years, or are perhaps returning to ballet after training as a child. Our fantastic teacher will offer different options throughout the class to allow each dancer to further challenge themselves depending on their previous ballet experience. Classes will begin at the barre before moving onto centre work, where you will learn adage and allegro enchainments. During this block you will feel your confidence grow as a dancer and your overall strength and flexibility improve.

The Adult Ballet Improvers Class will provide a fun, supportive and inspiring environment for all adults who are interested in developing their skills in Classical Ballet technique. Classes take place on a Thursday evening in one of our purpose built dance studios.
