Alasdair Rankin
A Graduate of the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, Alasdair has performed with orchestras such as the Philadelphia Orchestra, Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra, BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra, Royal Scottish National Orchestra, Scottish Chamber Orchestra, Scottish Opera, Scottish Ballet, Scottish Ensemble and the City of Glasgow Philharmonic Orchestra amongst others.

Alasdair’s musical diversity has taken him to music festivals across Europe, performing in some of the most prestigious concert halls and venues for renowned artists, conductors and composers including numerous performances at the BBC Proms in the Royal Albert Hall and a season of ‘Phantom of the Opera’ in the Edinburgh Playhouse.
Alasdair also teaches at the Edinburgh Music School and Edinburgh College.
