Letago Makola

BA Musical Theatre Class of 2026

About

Letago (She/Her) is a Pedi South-African actor from Burgersfort, Limpopo. She has been singing for 10 years and trained in Drama and Performance in high school at Roedean School (SA). In her time at the Conservatoire, she has enjoyed performing in project productions of “The Seagull”, “Into The Woods”, and “Natasha, Pierre and the Great Comet of 1812”. She is a passionate visual artist, an avid reader, a frequent debater, and a brilliant cook. Letago is excited to continue honing her skills in every facet of her artistic life, especially creative writing and oil painting. When she is not performing, you can find her daydreaming about the ocean, enthralled in a novel, rewatching a nostalgic film, maintaining her reputation as an undercover mermaid, or designing fantastical characters and worlds in her sketchbook.

Following her graduation, Letago will be applying for a UK Graduate Visa to stay and be eligible to work in the UK
