About

Originally from Texas, Caitlyn Bogart is a multi-disciplinary musician currently pursuing the MA in Musical Direction from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. 

She studied Voice and Musical Theatre Composition at the University of Michigan, graduating in 2025. Over the four years, she became heavily involved in student theatre, music directing, and pit playing for over 15 productions. 

With a versatile musical palette, she plays piano, saxophone, accordion, and is a classically trained vocalist. She is a passionate orchestrator and arranger and enjoys engaging with new work and actor-muso productions. She’s orchestrated/arranged for the NYC Gay Men’s Chorus, BL!NK: a new musical as well as University of Michigan’s Much Ado About Nothing. She has musically assisted in new work productions at University of Michigan, including Perpetual Sunshine and the Ghost Girls (Shankel/Cooper) and Kill the Boy Band (Lowdermilk/Kerrigan). 

Caitlyn has performed extensively as a vocalist across the US, including concerts with the Santa Rosa Symphony and at the Detroit Jazz Festival. At University of Michigan, she performed in operas and musical theatre productions as well as with the Jazz Lab Band. She was accepted to the Maestra Mentorship Program in 2023, and this past summer was a fellow at Honeywell Arts Academy, working with the Grammy-winning string trio, Time For Three. 

Caitlyn holds a UK Student Visa and is planning to obtain a graduate visa.
