About

I am currently completing my BA Dance Artist degree at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. Throughout this programme I am expanding my skills in relation to choreography, teaching, technique and creativity. My passion for dance began at an early age and was nurtured through dance training at Morningside Dance Academy, where I developed technique, musicality and performance skills. I am a versatile dancer trained in a wide range of styles such as ballet, tap, jazz, commercial, modern, contemporary and tap. Training at Scottish Ballet as part of their Junior Associates Programme provided me with a strong foundation in both classical and contemporary dance techniques.

Throughout secondary school I was fortunate to be given the opportunity to study dance alongside my education. As part of this specialist dance course, I completed my HND – Professional Dance Performance whilst achieving my academic grades. This achievement reflects my strong work ethic and determination to pursue a career in dance. I have performed in many large-scale productions with Forth Children’s Theatre in the Edinburgh Festival Fringe as principle and ensemble roles. These opportunities have developed my confidence in live performances and demonstrate my ability to work well within a team. My dance journey also earned me a scholarship for musical theatre training with Fierce Theatre Schools giving me the opportunity to expand my skills in acting, singing and performance.

I hope to continue to build a career in dance pursuing every opportunity to perform, choreograph or teach. This is my lifelong passion, and I am excited to keep developing as an individual dancer.
