Bio:
Mary-Jane “MJ” McNally is a Glasgow-based theatre technician with experience in stage technology, theatrical flying, stage supervision, lighting and sound operation, and practical production support. Her industry work has includes roles with Resilience Theatre Movement, Pleasance Theatre Trust, The Counterminers and Glasgow Disability Alliance.
Mary-Jane aims to combine practical problem-solving with creative thinking. Her background in community projects and disability advocacy informs her commitment to helping make backstage working environments more inclusive and accessible for disabled people.
