Mia Rinaldi
MA Production (Management) Class of 2026
Bio:
Mia Rinaldi is a Scottish, Glasgow-based stage manager who will complete her masters in stage management at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland in early September. Mia graduated from the University of Glasgow in 2025 with a first-class undergraduate Theatre Studies degree.
Through her studies, work placements and professional work, Mia has honed her skills in show calling, prop sourcing and making, production co-ordination and has ample experience working as both an assistant and deputy stage manager.
Mia has worked professionally as a deputy stage manager for Òran Mór and 12 Step Productions and as production stage manager for Toonspeak. She also has strong technical knowledge, working as technical venue crew for Pleasance during the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and as a sound designer and operator for Cutty Sark Theatre.
Upon graduating, Mia is looking to continue working in Scottish theatre in assistant and deputy stage management roles.
