Born in Vancouver Canada, Phoebe grew up around the globe in The Caribbean, the US and finally New Zealand – where she spent most of her childhood and calls home. Phoebe began tap classes at age 4 and soon launched into many other dance styles such as jazz, hip hop, ballet, contemporary and modern. At 16, Phoebe was accepted into the Tanya Pearson Academy in Sydney Australia where she commenced full-time training under the tuition of Lucinda Dunn and Gilli O’Connell. In September 2022, after completing her final RAD exam with high distinction and graduating from the pre-professional course at the Academy, Phoebe moved to Scotland.

In Glasgow, Phoebe joined the 2nd year at The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland to attain a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Ballet. During her two years at RCS, some of her highlights include:

  • Touring the UK with Scottish Ballet in their winter season of ‘Cinders,’ where she performed 61 shows in five different cities.
  • Working with the renowned choreographer David Dawson in rehearsals for Scottish Ballet’s spring season of ‘Swan Lake.’
  • Phoebe is excited to see where her future in the arts will lead her and hopes to stay in Europe for the ensuing year.
