Stephanie Edwards

CEDO Manager

Stephanie Edwards is Manager of the Creative Enterprise Development Office (CEDO) at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, where she leads programmes and partnerships that strengthen the creative enterprise ecosystem across the institution and Scotland’s performing arts sector.

She supports students, staff, recent graduates, and creative practitioners through enterprise development, funding opportunities, and strategic engagement initiatives.

Stephanie holds an Honours BA in Media, Information and Technoculture from the University of Western Ontario and an MSc in Museum Studies from the University of Glasgow, specialising in the History of Collecting. Before joining RCS, she worked across the museums, heritage, and fundraising sectors.

Alongside her role at RCS, Stephanie serves on the boards of Anam Creative and Aberfeldy Coworking CIC. She is also a founding member of Grunnd Club, an inclusive community for women and people of marginalised genders interested in climbing in Scotland.

Outside of work, Stephanie has a practice in traditional upholstery and enjoys rock climbing and skiing.
