Hello! We’re delighted to be showcasing here our extraordinary MFA Classical Contemporary Text Acting and Directing graduates of 2023.

During this year’s programme, these students have been involved in a variety of performances: Twelfth Night (as part of their residency at Shakespeare’s Globe), As You Like It and The Dutch Courtesan (RCS), original digital work (On the Verge Festival – some of which can be found here) and three contemporary productions directed by the directing students: The Last Witch by Rona Munro, Fill Fill Fill Fill Fill Fill Fill by Steph del Rosso and The Virgin Trial by Kate Hennig.

They are now presenting further original work in the 2023 Emergence Festival here at RCS. During their studies, the students have worked with a variety of professional organizations including Shakespeare’s Globe, Playwrights’ Studio Scotland and the Lyceum Theatre. Beyond this (as you will see), they have performed and/or directed in a variety of other professional contexts. I hope you find these materials useful.
