Introduction
Since August 2022 we’ve been offering our Junior Conservatoire dance students the opportunity to participate in weekly conditioning classes. This course is specifically designed to support dancers in training and will be open to all Modern Ballet levels as well as primary 7 Pre-Junior Conservatoire students.
Conditioning classes are particularly beneficial to young dancers as they focus on strengthening, developing coordination and stability, balance and alignment as well as optimising flexibility.
Classes will take place on a Tuesday and Thursday evening from 5.15pm – 6.15pm at our purpose built dance studios.
Bookings are now open for session 2023/24!
