Bridge Week takes place every June and is a time when the resources and facilities of the Royal Conservatoire are handed over to the students to programme a week of new, interdisciplinary performance.

Open to all undergraduate and postgraduate students, Bridge Week encourages students from across the conservatoire to work collaboratively and be inspired to devise new work. Students work together in groups to pitch for funds to stage their work in an end of year festival open to staff and students of RCS.

Previous Bridge Week projects include Wolfman the opera, Bridge Week Radio, Fat The Musical and the transformation of one of our theatre spaces into New York’s Central Park.
