The Royal Television Society (RTS) Scotland held its annual Student Television Awards last night at BBC Scotland.These awards celebrate the best in student television from across Scotland,and we are delighted to congratulate RCS graduates Louise Dawson, Dayna Baptie and Fergus Thomfor winning the Drama Category award.
The award was for their graduation filmStarfishwhich was filmed in April 2015 on location throughout Scotland.The jury agreed that the film was clearly directed with strong performances and an engaging story. The graduates all studied on the BA Digital Film and Television programme, graduating in June 2015. Fellow graduateBethany Angus was also recognised by RTS, receiving a Craft Excellence Award for Editing.
Congratulations to all nominees for their continued hard work in the screen sector.
