Alone in the city, a woman grieves.

Meanwhile, the world turns. To generate a nuclear explosion, you need to either combine the nuclei of two atoms together or split
the nucleus of a single atom in two. This suggests that “coming together” and “breaking apart” are two of the most powerful energetic forces in our universe. Coming together. Breaking apart.

This uniquely intentional collaboration between students of directing, composition, production, and design mines acclaimed playwright Simon Stephens’ NUCLEAR WAR for answers: what do we mean to each other in a world that won’t stop changing?
