Da Vinci Trio

The Da Vinci Piano Trio brings together three of Scotland’s most distinguished chamber musicians: violinist Anthony Moffat, cellist Rudi de Groote and pianist Liivi Arder. Celebrated for their expressive performances and finely balanced ensemble playing, the trio combines a wealth of international experience as soloists, orchestral principals and chamber musicians.

Anthony is Leader of the Orchestra of Scottish Opera, Rudi is Principal Cello of the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra, and Liivi is an acclaimed pianist, chamber musician and coach at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. Together they have performed extensively throughout the UK, appearing on BBC Radio 3 and at major festivals and concert venues, earning a reputation for insightful interpretations and compelling performances of the piano trio repertoire.
