The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland presents

Opera Chorus Showcase

Mon 19 – Wed 21 January 2026

Opera And Vocal

Enjoy the thrilling sound of over 100 singers performing some of the most-loved choruses from the opera repertoire. From La Traviata to Fidelio, from Nabucco to Die Fledermaus, students from RCS’s Vocal Performance department will fill the New Athenaeum Theatre with the powerful and dramatic sound of choral writing for the stage.

Presented by Jamie MacDougall, this informal show will also celebrate the work of our production students, who lift the curtain on the crucial work undertaken by the lighting and backstage teams.

The concert, with piano accompaniment, is presented with surtitles and lasts approx. 75 minutes
