Jenn Butterworth is one of the most notable folk guitarists in the UK acoustic music scene, awarded ‘Musician of the Year’ at the Scots Trad Music Awards, and nominated for the same title in the BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards.

He is a native to Glasgow is one of the most recognised accordionists in Scotland.
Paddy is a former BBC Radio Scotland Young Traditional Musician of the year (2013) and winner of multiple All-Ireland titles in music.
Paddy is also a science Graduate of the University of Glasgow and holds a TTCT teaching diploma
Alongside his work within the RCS and touring as a musician, Paddy is Operations Manager for traditional music charity Comhaltas in Britain and has a distinguished career in broadcasting.

Praised for her “rich-toned cello and viola da gamba” playing, Lucia specialises in historically informed performance practice. She is a regular member of Dunedin Consort, with whom she has recorded and performed internationally.
Scottish mezzo-soprano Karen Cargill studied at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and was the winner of the 2002 Kathleen Ferrier Award. In July 2018 she was awarded an Honorary Doctorate from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. She is also the Patron of the National Girls’ Choir of Scotland.
Kathy is the first prize winner of the 2018 Birmingham International Piano Competition and the Phillip Crawshaw Memorial Prize for an Outstanding Musician from Overseas at the 2019 Royal Overseas League Annual Music Competition in London. She was a semi-finalist in the 2019 Jaques Samuel Intercollegiate Piano Competition and has been a recipient of the Tait Trust Awards.
Henry Clay is currently Principal Cor Anglais with the Royal Scottish National Orchestra. He graduated with a postgraduate degree from the Royal Academy of Music in 2016, where he studied with Christopher Cowie, Sue Böhling and Melanie Ragge. Before this, he attended the Royal Northern College of Music and the University of Manchester on the Joint Course under the tutelage of Jennifer Galloway, Hugh McKenna and Melinda Maxwell.
Edward Cohen has established himself as one of the most versatile and in-demand pianists in Scotland. Equally at home as a concerto soloist, recitalist, or chamber musician, he regularly collaborates with leading musicians in major performance venues and festivals in his home country and beyond.
Coombs has a lifelong commitment to music education. He has taught at the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester and the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London. He was an External Assessor at the Royal College of Music, from 2004-2012, and is presently an External Assessor for both undergraduate and postgraduate courses at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. Since 2018, he has taught at the Purcell School and is currently a Lecturer in Piano at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland.
Tom Cooper is a director working across plays, musical theatre and opera. He’s also a dramaturg, lyricist, acting pedagogue, and MT academic researcher.
