Livi works as one of the Fair Access Administrators. She joined the team in 2022 and feels incredibly lucky to work as part of a team who are so committed to providing support and opportunities to those we work with.
She primarily provides administrative support to our Outreach programme, supporting coordinators Becca and Louise in providing activities and opportunities throughout Scotland.
A Glasgow-based Singaporean, Ramesh Meyyappan is a theatremaker who develops performances using an eclectic mix of visual and physical theatre styles. Ramesh continually seeks to develop and extend his theatrical visual vocabulary, for example incorporating circus techniques, bouffon, puppetry and illusion within his work. He enjoys the challenge of creating strong narrative visual work.

Ruth is a BA Hons graduate of London Contemporary Dance School, and in 2019, graduated from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland with a Master in Education; Learning and Teaching in Performing Arts.
Alexine has been working with young people at RCS for over 19 years as an administrator. She supports young people and their adults with all the administrative aspects of their studies such as registration and finances.
Ruth Morley teaches flute at RCS across undergraduate and graduate courses. This work includes one to one lessons, classes and chamber coaching. Ruth’s teaching is focussed on building strong and flexible technical skills connected with informed and stylish interpretation skills to allow the widest possible musical choices in performance.
Christine teaches Costuming skills, Photoshop and Corel painter (digital art application) and continues to maintain hands on involvement in costume design and construction. She is a graduate of the RCS Post Graduate Learning and Teaching in the Arts and is a Fellow of the RSAM.
Professor Arnold Myers is a Senior Research Fellow at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and a Professor Emeritus of the University of Edinburgh; he serves as President of the Galpin Society. His Edinburgh University doctorate developed acoustically based techniques for taxonomic classification of brass instruments.
Nikita is currently Principal Double Bass with the Scottish Chamber Orchestra and has held the position since 2010. He has worked with many of the finest orchestras and played as a guest principal with the London Symphony Orchestra, BBC Symphony Orchestra, Royal Northern Sinfonia, Royal Scottish National Orchestra, Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra, BBC National Orchestra of Wales, Netherlands Philharmonic Orchestra, Amsterdam Sinfonietta and the Stavanger Symphony Orchestra.
Nikita regularly leads master classes around the world and teaches double bass at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland.

Professor Allan Neave, Interim Deputy Director of Music, studied at the RSAMD (1984) and the RNCM (1988) and since then has been performing worldwide. He is a regular guest at many of the world’s leading musical events and has worked with many influential musicians including Nikita Koshkin, Edward McGuire, Hans Werner Henze, Gordon McPherson and Stephen Dodgson.

I am the Junior Conservatoire Film and Production Coordinator. I have an exciting career working in film and film education in Australia and here in the United Kingdom. In my role as a coordinator, I can work with a passionate team of professionals to continue to develop film and production programmes and foster dynamic new talent.
Rogelio ‘Roger’ Nevares is an actor, acting coach and teacher, as well as a film and theatre director. He trained in Moscow, Russia, at the ‘Sergei A Gerasimov’ University of Cinematography (VGIK) in an MFA Acting course and an Acting Pedagogy post-graduate course.
Australian cellist Pei-Jee Ng joined the RSNO as Principal Cello in May 2023. From 2015 to 2022 he was Co-Principal Cello of the London Philharmonic Orchestra. He won the 2008 Young Classical Artists Trust auditions in London and was the 2001 Symphony Australia Young Performer of the Year.
